Free delivery within the United Kingdom
Standard shipping is free on all UK orders, with no minimum order value. We currently accept delivery orders for the United Kingdom. We do not currently offer international checkout or a separate express delivery service.
Delivery time
Our estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days from placing your order, including order processing and delivery. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. This is an estimate, rather than a guaranteed delivery date.
Please check your delivery address before placing your order. If you need to correct it, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee an address change once an order has been dispatched.
Delivery questions, delays and missing parcels
If your order has not arrived within 7 business days, or arrives damaged, email contact@oak-vale.net with your order number and a description of the issue. We will investigate and explain the available resolution. Please contact us promptly, but a delay in reporting an issue does not remove your statutory rights.
We are responsible for your goods until they are delivered to you or a person you nominate, except where you independently arrange a carrier we did not offer. A carrier investigation does not remove our responsibilities as your seller.
If delivery is late, you may have the right to set an appropriate additional delivery deadline and cancel for a refund if we do not meet it. You may cancel immediately where we refuse delivery, an agreed delivery deadline was essential, or you told us before ordering that delivery by that deadline was essential. Unless a different time has been agreed, delivery must take place without undue delay and within 30 days. These statements do not limit your cancellation or other consumer rights.

Our Returns and Refunds Policy explains how to cancel, where to return goods, return postage and refund times. Free outbound shipping does not include change-of-mind return postage.
